The LINK avoids unwanted ground contact thanks to its extremely thin construction. The open design lets dirt fall through the pedal and makes the pedal lightweight at just 360 g. The LINK has high quality bearings, an IGUS JSM plain bearing and 2 ball bearings are installed. Two double lip sealing rings are installed for sealing, which protect the bearings from dirt and moisture. The bearing and sealing unit makes the pedal sustainable in terms of a long service life.
