Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders placed and shipped within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.
Shipping Cost
- Free Shipping Across Australia: We offer 100% free standard shipping on every single order, Australia-wide.
- No Minimum Spend: There is no minimum purchase required, no hidden extra charges, and no checkout surprises.
Order Processing & Timeline
To give you a clear expectation of when your gear will arrive, we break our delivery times down into handling and transit windows:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed before 3:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
- Handling Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase.
- Transit Time: Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partners, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
- Note: For remote or regional areas within Australia, delivery may occasionally take between 2–7 business days.
Our Delivery Partners
We work with trusted Australian courier and postal services (including Australia Post and top-tier domestic freight networks) to ensure your premium sports bikes and components arrive safely and on time.
Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel all the way to your door. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier website.
Order Modifications & Address Changes

Order Changes: If you wish to modify or change your order items, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We process orders rapidly, so modifications cannot be guaranteed after this 2-hour window.

Changes to Delivery Address: If you need to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Please note that address changes are absolutely impossible once the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for re-delivery.
Delivery Issues & Delays
Undelivered Packages
To ensure your order arrives without delays, please provide a delivery address where someone is likely to be available to receive the parcel (home, workplace, or a trusted neighbour). If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave a card with further instructions or hold it securely at a local collection point for a limited storage period.
Damaged Deliveries
When your parcel arrives, we highly recommend checking the packaging immediately. If the outer box or product looks visibly damaged, please note this at the time of delivery or document it with photos, then contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Lost Parcel Procedure
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit or has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a formal investigation with our courier partner. If the parcel is officially confirmed as lost, we will promptly offer you either:

A full refund. All lost parcel claims are handled strictly in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Delays Outside Our Control
While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include severe weather events, transportation disruptions, high seasonal demands (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or public holidays. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed. Your statutory rights remain fully protected under Australian Consumer Law.
