3. Contract Formation, Order Processing, and Shipping

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

- Processing Timeline: All approved orders are handled, packed, and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of initial purchase verification.

- Delivery Times: Standard transit across domestic routes typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. Remote regional zones within Australia may require a handling buffer of 2 to 7 business days.

- Cut-Off Standard: Orders logged prior to 3:00 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time) enter processing queues on the same working day. Orders logged after 3:00 PM move to the following business day's queue.

- Geographic Limitation: We sell, service, and ship goods exclusively within the domestic borders of Australia. International distribution requests cannot be fulfilled.

- Shipping Costs: All domestic freight charges are fully absorbed by us under our standard Free Shipping structure.

4. Billing, Financial Security, and Bank Transfers

Our designated primary method for processing order checkouts is secure Bank Transfer. Upon the submission of an order request via our checkout interface, our internal customer support desk will initiate direct communication with you. We will provide our official corporate bank account details and clear administrative instructions to allow you to securely finalize the ledger transfer.

You agree to provide current, complete, and highly accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and contact numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Orders found with major structural billing discrepancies may face verification holds or absolute cancellation.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our return frame is set strictly at 14 days from the specific timestamp of delivery verification. All inventory item balances submitted for a return must be completely unused, unworn, and structurally unchanged, retaining all original branded tags, component manuals, and complete manufacturer packaging.

- Statutory Guarantees: Nothing in these Terms of Service operates to exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any implied condition or warranty, provision, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

- Defective Goods: For items that arrive with severe factory defects or shipping damages, we will bear 100% of the return freight costs and extend the consumer's right to an absolute choice of a full refund, credit, or factory replacement.

6. Prohibited Commercial and Web Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
