SmartSense gets even smarter
The second generation of the smart radar and light system is smaller, brighter, longer lasting, and better integrated than ever. A battery, now integrated into the down tube, powers the lights, rearview radar, and SRAM AXS drivetrain.

With generous tire clearance for tires up to 48mm in the front and 42mm in the rear, with at least 4mm of extra clearance on each side, the Synapse is a road bike for all your needs, for riding longer and on any route.

StashPort + StashBag
StashPort is a storage system on the down tube, accessible under the bottle cage. Every Synapse comes with a StashBag, a pouch designed specifically for tools and other essential accessories for your rides. The down tube also has room for the SmartSense battery, which provides lighting similar to that of a car glove compartment when the StashPort lid is opened.

D-shaped seatpost
The Synapse's D-shaped seatpost design improves aerodynamics and vertical comfort, reducing fatigue to maintain high performance even on longer rides.

Aerodynamics that make you fly
