Merida Big Nine XT Di2 2026

Cross-country trails are getting tougher — so Merida built a bike that's tougher still. The BIG.NINE XT combines an ultra-lightweight CF3 carbon frame with progressive geometry and Shimano XT Di2 wireless electronic shifting for lightning-fast gear changes and benchmark XC performance. The Fox 32 SC Performance fork, with 100 mm of travel and remote lockout on the handlebar, offers precision and control even on the most technical sections, while the FSA NS SIC carbon monocoque cockpit and SCi30 carbon wheels help reduce weight and increase responsiveness.
The BIG.NINE range, with 29" wheels, offers carbon and aluminium versions to suit every need and budget. The CF carbon and LITE aluminium frames offer modern geometry, increased standover clearance and improved stability to tackle today's technical trails. The TR versions add longer-travel forks, more aggressive tyres and dropper seatposts for an even more aggressive downcountry soul. For those taking their first steps, the BIG.NINE TFS offers a more relaxed geometry and versatile, accessible components, also available in the BIG.SEVEN TFS version with 27.5" wheels, designed for shorter riders. Classic XC hardtails form the backbone of the Merida range and embody over half a century of experience in bicycle design and manufacturing.
