Made of lightweight, high quality aluminium with the possibility of mounting mudguards, luggage racks and stands, the CROSSWAY range is the perfect choice for everyday riding. The mounted 700c wheels quickly cover the ground, while the extra volume of the 40 mm wide tyres offers puncture protection, grip and comfort. All CROSSWAY models are available with a low passage frame, which simplifies assembly and disassembly.

X-TAPER HEADTUBE
The X-Tapered headtube provides space for mounting a tapered fork. Tapered forks offer exceptional stiffness and precision, and provide confidence-inspiring steering.

SMOOTH WELDING
Sometimes called ‘double pass welding’, a second pass on the weld gives the frame a clean, organic appearance. At first glance, you'll be convinced it's carbon.

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike has a clean appearance, while the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

DOWN TUBE EXIT
Ensures that internally routed cables and wires cannot move freely and remain easily accessible for maintenance.

RACELITE 61 ALUMINIUM
We use aluminium 6061. The advantage is that lighter and more advanced frames can be made. We use additional heat treatment and double wall thicknesses to produce lightweight and rigid frames.

TFS - TECHNO FORMING SYSTEM
Techno forming is a mechanical forming process, which shapes tubes using negative moulds, sometimes combined with an internal metal core.

F-MOUNT
'F-Mount equipped bikes have integrated mudguard fittings (some bikes require model-specific mudguards), making assembly quick and easy.

K-MOUNT
Integrated mount on the chainstay for mounting a MERIDA kickstand (or any commercial kickstand).

C-MOUNT
Bikes equipped with ‘C-Mount’ have the attachment points for a rear rack already integrated (some bikes require a model-specific rear rack), making assembly fast, simple and reliable.
