Technologies

PROLITE 66 TRIPLE BUTTED ALUMINIUM
Our proven high-end aluminium (6066) is extremely light and strong. By using triple butted wall thicknesses and hydro-forming technology, we can fine-tune the aluminium tubes to offer the best possible stiffness-to-weight ratio.

HFS - HYDRO FORMING SYSTEM
Tubes are inserted into negative moulds and a hot emulsion of water and oil is forced under pressure, allowing them to form complex shapes.

X-TAPER HEADTUBE
Our X-Tapered headtube offers space for mounting a tapered fork. Tapered forks offer exceptional stiffness and precision, and provide confidence-inspiring steering.

SMOOTH WELDING
Sometimes called ‘double pass welding’, a second pass on the weld gives the frame a clean, organic appearance. At first glance, you'll be convinced it's carbon.

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike has a clean appearance, while the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.

DOWN TUBE EXIT
Ensures that internally routed cables and wires cannot move freely and remain easily accessible for maintenance.

F-MOUNT
'Bikes equipped with F-Mount have integrated mudguard fittings (some bikes require model-specific mudguards), making mounting quick and easy.

C-MOUNT
