The BL.ACE version includes a wireless remote control for activating and controlling the brake light. Thanks to modern lighting technology with intuitive remote control, you are not only more visible, but you can also clearly communicate your intentions, such as turning, braking or changing lanes. The lighting system, which includes rear light, front light, brake light and indicators, significantly increases your presence in traffic, so you can ride safely and relaxed. The lights are integrated into the HYP-E's multi-shell design and emphasise its premium look and feel. The HYP-E also meets the stringent standards of NTA 8776: helmets with the NTA standard are tested at higher impact speeds, offer better protection in the neck and temple areas, and are able to absorb higher impact forces. • Lower edge protection: The polycarbonate (PC) outer shell covers the lower edge of the helmet and protects against scratches, impacts and signs of wear
• Ventilation cover: Cover to close the ventilation openings and protect against sun, wind and rain
• Integrated, rechargeable front and rear lights: Permanently installed lights on the front and rear of the helmet for increased visibility in traffic; rechargeable via USB-C cable
• Six different lighting modes (rear and front lights): Steady, Power, Flow, Pulse, Flash or Eco can be selected depending on light conditions, weather conditions or to save battery power
• Front and rear indicators: the front and rear lights flash in the direction of the turn when the handlebar indicator remote control is activated
• Flashing light remote control: wireless, USB-C rechargeable handlebar remote control to activate and control the flashing light is included
• Brake light: The rear light comes on when you pull the brake lever – all you need is the brake light remote control on the lever.
• Brake light remote control: wireless remote control, rechargeable via USB-C, for the brake lever to activate and control the brake light is included; when the brake lever is activated, the brake light turns on
• IP44: Protection class certifying protection against foreign bodies
• Operating time for modes in hours (min.): depending on weather conditions and type of use, the light duration in continuous mode is at least 2 hours and in flashing mode at least 40 hours
• Charging time (light): the charging time until the battery is fully charged is approximately 4 hours
• In-mould process and application of the hard shell: combination of both production processes, in which parts of the outer shell consist of both a robust hard shell and a polycarbonate shell with shock-absorbing foam material
• Opening for ponytails: thanks to the recess in the height-adjustable system, the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails, chignons or braids
• Insect protection net: keeps flies and insects away from the head without blocking the helmet's ventilation
• Ear protection: earmuffs that can be attached to the helmet to protect against moisture and cold
• Magnetic, height-adjustable visor: visor secured with magnets, foldable, removable and replaceable, to protect the eyes from wind, rain and insects – the ‘clear’ version is included in the scope of delivery
• Zoom™ Spin adjustment system: wheel at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference
• Flap Divider™: strap divider for individual adjustment under the ears; with fastener to secure the set position
• Magnetic closure: the straps are equipped with a high-quality FIDLOCK magnetic closure that allows you to open the chin strap with one hand, even when wearing gloves
• Comfort padding: soft padded inserts for optimal comfort, attached to the helmet with Velcro.
