Available in three new rim heights, 55, 65 and 85 mm, with a unique v-shape that allows for a wider inner width without compromising aerodynamics. The ARC 1400 DICUT 38, with its 38 mm high rim remains the ideal climbing wheelset for blasting through the iconic climbs on your bucket list. Combined with top-of-the-line 240 DICUT hub with Ratchet EXP system and DT aerocomp II spokes, will help you take the lead in your next ride.

Wider inner rim width
The 22 mm wide inner rim width, ideally supports wide tires (28 to 30 mm) for enhanced comfort.

WTS Technology
Optimising wheel and tyre as a complete system to be even faster. With AERO 111, we developed the ideal front tyre tailored to the wheel, taking aerodynamic optimisation to the next level. The development of the complete wheel-tyre system (WTS) is part of our AERO+ concept, a perfect synthesis of strength, handling and efficiency. We have applied this technology to our Aero and Endurance categories, taking their aerodynamic advantages to the next level with a tailor-made tyre that fits perfectly within the respective inner rim widths.

Aero+
The perfect symbiosis of resistance, handling and efficiency. Translational resistance is the aerodynamic force that slows the rider in the direction of travel. This force depends on the cyclist's frontal impact surface (75%), the road bike and its components (25%), and speed. To minimise translational resistance, the impact surface area of the cyclist/bike assembly must be limited, optimising its aerodynamics as much as possible.
