Wet-Weather Gore-Tex protection
In its GORE-TEX configuration, riders can now extend their thirst of adventure thanks to the triple-layered waterproof, breathable membrane: adding protection from the elements while keeping feet dry. Ready for the rough stuff, the hardwearing ripstop woven fabric uppers resist abrasion and tearing while a PU-laminated toecap and side reinforcements add further protection and durability. For increased comfort, the Ergolace pattern cradles the foot, securing the fit with an ergonomic lace-up closure.

The X2 outsole enhances the versatility of all-mountain shoe. Engineered to deliver an optimal balance between efficient pedaling performance and flexibility for comfort and control on and off the bike, the X2 outsole keeps riders covered for all those hike-a-bike moments. The compressed EVA midsole provides stability and cushioning while the Vibram rubber tread ensures grip and traction, whatever the conditions underfoot. The directional lug pattern is designed for confident footing; with the right spacing and depth to bite into softer soil, it’s made from a unique compound that’s ideal for gripping slick rocks while hiking. X2 has an extended cleat track with more set-back and greater flexibility for choosing cleat placement.
