The tyre for the steepest climbs

The radial carcass provides a larger contact surface: more grip, more comfort and greater safety. It literally sticks to the ground as the tyre deforms more precisely. Slightly shallower tread depth than the Shredda Front, but with greater stability. Profile optimised for the radial carcass: open tread design with a shovel effect and high tread depth for excellent grip, especially on soft ground, generating a lot of traction when braking and accelerating.

The structure of radial tyres
With radial tyres, we are revolutionising the world of MTB. During development, we always asked ourselves the following question: how can we make the most of the tyre's limited contact area? The basis is the completely redesigned construction of the carcass. The carcass wires, which in traditional bicycle tyres run diagonally across the tyre at a 45° angle, are arranged at a much more obtuse angle in radial tyres. This technology opens up a whole new dimension in bicycle tyre performance.
