The BR-M9200 two-piston post-mount caliper improves Shimano's offering, being lightweight and versatile. It performs well both on the World Cup XC circuit when paired with the BL-M9200 lever, and on tough, steep trails when matched with the BL-M9220 enduro/trail lever. The heat-resistant resin pistons, resin and metal pad options, along with the new low-viscosity mineral oil, make the M9200 caliper the ideal choice for any 2-piston brake needs.
The BL-M9220 brake lever is designed with advanced ergonomics tailored to the cyclist's hand, providing powerful traction with a consistent feel and modulation for optimal control. The new pivot point follows the natural arc of the fingers, while the lever blade (tilted 5 degrees upwards) and reach adjustment put the rider in a natural position to handle technical trail sections. The redesigned SERVOWAVE optimizes the power curve without friction, while the new low-viscosity mineral oil maintains consistent power across any terrain and temperature.
