The SQlab Innerbarends® 411 2.0 are inspired by the design of the proven 411 R Carbon variant and combine sporty functionality with an excellent price-performance ratio. The optimized clamping mechanism allows for easy and secure installation on all common grips – ideal in combination with the new 2.0 grip generation from SQlab. An internal study shows: At 36 km/h, an average of 14 watts can be saved through a more aerodynamic hand and arm position – equivalent to an energy saving of around 5%. At the same time, the changed posture promotes relaxation of the neck muscles, relieves the hands, and increases safety through easily accessible brake levers – even on wide handlebars.

Flexible Mounting Options
Thanks to the smart clamp design, the Innerbarends® 2.0 are compatible with almost all common grips. They mount directly onto the grip, replacing the traditional clamp ring for a clean and integrated look. Alternatively, mounting alongside the grip is also possible, allowing for personal preference and specific needs. SQlab focuses on flexible solutions that adapt to different riding styles and requirements.

Science Meets Ergonomics
The LAB team conducted an extensive study at the velodrome with the 411 Innerbarends®: participants rode ten laps at 36 km/h — once with a classic grip, once with the Innerbarends®. Power output was measured precisely. With the Innerbarends®, riders saved an average of 14 watts — about five percent less effort at the same speed. The aerodynamic elbow position noticeably reduces air resistance and promotes a more relaxed hand position, relieving neck and hand strain.
